Banks - Most of them are open on Good Friday, but obviously going to close on Easter Sunday, which is definitely normal. There is no such bank operating on Weekends, specially during Sundays.
Mail - UPS, or United Parcel Service do not operate during Good Friday and Easter Sunday. But FedEx is operating on Good Friday but closed on Easter Sunday.
Governments - Many offices like Governments are always closed during holidays.
Public schools - No students and teachers wants to go to school on holidays. So, of course, schools are closed on Holy week.
